You could have a look at an old GF4 Ti4200. If you can find one, they are a lot cheaper, and usually outperform the two you're looking at (at least with AA turned off). There's one here http://graphics.tomshardware.com/gra...charts-09.html for $43 but it's AGP, unfortunately.

so PLEASE which is better

nvidia geforcefx 5700le 128mb

OR

radeon 9200 256mb

both have 128 bit

(kadahaf, i know u dont know lol

i ask b/c i heard that radeon's drivers sux, but i dunno what really that means for gaming

plus, wouldnt 256mb be better than 128? (duh i guess)

256 isnt ALWAYS better but it will make it smoother ALWAYS because of more memory,

And where did you hear that radeon drivers suck?
True the old ones did....badly but the new ones are great

I dont really like either....hmm lemme look into it

I say they are equal if they were both 128 but since the radeon has 256 Id say go with that ,

they are both 250/400 so speed is equal

actually, whats the diff in these two?

i'm confused b/c i thought 9250 was a little worse, but on newegg they are like the same
