edit: scratch all of that.

i went and bought a flash drive.

ill update my progress when i can, atm im fat32 formatting the drive.

bios flashed..

that was the scariest thing ive ever done.... after completing flash, i could not get windows to boot.
i was like...omg it jacked my junk!

went in and checked all the new default bios settings, shut down, took battery out and smoked a cig.
put battery back in, checked the new default bios settings again, it not only screwed my ram timings way off, but set my vcore to allmost 1.5 (i was running 1.2xx before)

so now i got my vcore back in the 1.2's and my ram set back to normal.

just about to plug the 7750 in, wish me luck.

edit: 7750 is in, some benchmarks ran @ stock speeds.

this thread can be closed.
thanks for all the help.
