CPU-Z won't work =(

It's not a major concern of mine, but I downloaded it on my moms laptop and it has a sticker that says Amd Athlon XP-M so I wanted some details on it! hehehe....so I try to run it and it just does the error report crap..restarted the comp and stil does it...sppose the comp is unstable or somethin?
