Default cpu upgrade 2.8 or 3.2 athlon xp

I have the choice to get a 2.8 or a 3.2 amd athlon xp, if i get the 2.8 i could also get something else which i need, or i could just get the 3.2 alone, all my hardwares compatible with a 3.2 athlon xp etc but i wondered if there would be much difference between the two because iv never done a cpu upgrade i wouldnt really know what would speed up etc

please could someone tell me a little about it

Thanks

Ryan

i dont think athlons go higher than 2.4GHz . . . and even those are the 64s . . .

xps go upto 2.2GHz, i think

i think youre talking about the 2800+ and 3200+
