CPU temperature

In BIOS my CPU temp varies from 59-60 degrees to 65-66 degrees...

Do these temps sound OK to you? My (cpu) heatsink feels a little hot, but not too hot to touch or anything. I notice that the thermal paste seems a little sparse- but there again I don't know for sure how much is too much or too little; could someone possibly give me some info on the correct amount?

just put a little bit on it like just to cover it ... I also had this problem yesterday my processor was going like 65 to 75 C and guess what i put instead of thermal paste .... cold cream... what a risk but it works ... now you dont do that
