CPU Temp moniter and Reccomandation

Hi guys. I'd like to know where I can find a CPU temp monitering program and for my second question can you guys reccomand me a great CPU fan. I have a AMD 64bit 3200+ processer.

motherboard monitor 5 or speedfan for the temp monitor....
......thermaltake or aerocool (the less expensive of the two)

i use cpucool from www.podien.de it can do pretty much what mbm5 does, but it is smaller and compact. Can also display stuff in the systray ie: voltages, temps, ram, whatever. IT also offers cpu cooling at idle, and lets you adjust your fsb
