Is there a way to check my CPU / RAMs health?
I'm pretty sure one of them is lagging me pretty badly.
I have

Pentium 4 2.8GHZ HT
Dual Channel PC3200 DDR400 512 OCZ RAM

I'm pretty sure this system can performs better, when ever I open Internet Explorer I get lag that I would exprience in Pentium 3s. I exprience lots of lag after quiting games like Counter-Strike 1.6 and it takes very long to process 2 or more application at the same time.

I've checked for viruses and Ad-wares and even reformatted but it didn't make a difference.

I would appriciate it if you could help me thanks!!

Try defragging your system this can help speed up your system also use disk-checker which could be causing validations.

Also - PCPitStop.Com is a really good website which tells you basiclly everything you need to know about your computer, and tips on how you can improve it.

Thanks for the site!!
What do you mean by "disk-checker which could be causing validations."?
I'll try defraggmenting tonight!
Also, is there a chance my Hard-Drive is lagging me? I have 2 x 80GB Maxtor HDS

Thanks!

The disk could be causing errors, so try using the windows error-checking tool, follow the steps below:

1. Open Up "My Computer"
2. Right-click on the HDD(s) that you want to error-check
3. Click on "Properties"
4. In the sub-menu's across the top of the menu click on "Tools"
5. Select Error-checking/Defragment

PS. Selecting error-checking requires a restart and take anywhere from 10minutes plus - depending on the size of your HDD. :). Hope this helps!
