CPU Problem

I was woundering is it bad if your CPUs processing 100% half the time???and the thing below cpu in task man all the way up too?

What process is hogging up the processer time?What are doing at the time it is hitting 100%?

thats not exactly a good thing, but can happen if you are doing alot of processing, the one under that (assuming you ar emeaning the Performance tab in task manager) if your Pagefile usage, that being full is not a good thing. suggest you scan for viruses/spyware

and what cpu and how much memory do you have.
