Is this CPU ok with this mobo?

Was looking at this CPU:

Just wondering if they'll be ok together, or if there is a better option.

that'll work but like forchunet said, maybe we should know the specifics so we can better guide you.. that board is hot and chip'll do fine (always fun to oc) although there's probably some abit boards that'll perform better. Personally, don't go out of abit or asus, you should stick to those companies. MSI produces reliable boards, but their performances aren't up to par with asus and abit

I'm not planning on OCing it. Its actually for my sister. She just needs something for some web browsing and word. Nothing crazy.

Well if its for a web surfing, aol instant messanger type thingy then that board and cpu is more than enough.
