it definatly is 3.0! have you seen the frequency?

there is very little difference between 3.0 and 2.0.

3-4-4-8 @ 533 MHZ is much faster then 2.5-3-3-7 @ 200 MHZ.

the latencies on PC4200 will never be rated at 2.5-3-3-7.
