Default Corsair Customer Service is awesome

found this on newegg
a guy posted that he killed his psu and a corsair Rep responded

Code:
Pros: sILVER

Cons: i RUBBED IT ON THE CARPET AND IT WAS DOA AFTER THAT. NO IEDEA

Other Thoughts: USE RAIDMAX NEXT TIME OK
Manufacturer Response:Proper procedure for installing electronics means that you isolate it from static electricity. In spite of the fact that you intentionally subjected this PSU to harmful static, we'll happily replace it for you. In the future, please use proper procedures when handling electronics, whether it is Corsair, Raidmax, or any other brand.

Have a nice day.

They say Evil Prevails when good men fail to act.
What they should say is "Evil Prevails."

I heartily second that motion. Especially after reading a couple of pages of Newegg reviews... We're talking knife in an electrical outlet stupid.
