Default cooling system help

Thermaltake Beetle 4 in 1 CPU Cooler w/LEDs + Heatpipes, for Intel 775, P4, AMD K8, K7, Model "CL-P0086" -RETAIL is this thing a good cooling system for a amd 64 3500? and do i need a heat sink?

if i do can you recomend one?

If you have a VERY large case this is the monster of all heatsinks. The only thing that can beat this is water cooling. Costs about the same and a 120 mm fan can be mounted on it. Just make sure it will fit b4 you buy it.

oh and by the way the heatsink you put up james is cheaper on www.xoxoxide.com only $55 not $62 on neweggbut let me know what you think of the sonic tower

that link dont work but ill just buy from newegg and you didnt answer my question does that thing that cost 62 bucks will it cool a amd 64 3500? and that sonic thing looks cool but will it fit in my case? and if it doest can you recommend one from newegg?
