My computer is always running hot ( in the high 50 s and it isn't overclocked. I just dusted it out yesterday and the temp will not go down. Any ideas?

thats really hot for an 1800+, only thing i would do is a new CPU fan, its might be messed up and running at to low RPM's.

yeah for the most part depending on the brand. but id still drop 30 bucks or whatever on a new cpu fan and see if that sloves the problem because no matter what your your stats are showing youon rpm, your cpu still needs to be cooled and a fan is pretty much the only solution to that prob.
