Converting DOC to JPEG

does anyone know how to convert .doc (document files) into .jpeg files??? Because i have this picture in ms word, and when i use paintbrush it gets all distorted, i guess because of bmp file... i want to change it from doc to jpeg, how can i do that???? Thanks in advance.

You can make a screenshot and paste it in your favorite photo editing program.

In anycase, I don't see why a bmp file would give u "problems" so to speak (storage set aside). I would argue that a bitmap represents an image with the best possible quality - since it defines each pixel individually at a suitable depth. Whereas, a format such as jpeg probably only keeps the most significant components of the image.
