Conflicts/ Sharing Problem need help

Im getting really low FPS from my video card. I think these conflicts are the root of the problem. Can anyone tell me how to fix these conflicts please?

OS: Windows XP
Processor: 1800+ Athlon xp
Vid Card: Siluro GF4 Ti 4200 w/ 64 Ram
Sound Card: Sound Blaster Live!
Ram: 512 DDR PC 2100

1. What are your specs, and OS?

2. Is it causing issues? If not, I say leave it like it is.
