I need to know how to get to the screen where it shows your computers temperature. Or is that a download? Thanks

If you have a newer board try downloading Motherboard Monitor 5 (MBM5),It will show the temp in the task bar so you can see what it's at all the time.

Or simply go into BIOS, and then go to PC health.

Get MBM5, with MBM5 you need to know some specifics about your motherboard.
