Is this computer worth the price?

I have someone wanting to sell me the following computer set up for $750, but I'm alittle skeptical, I think its a bit steep.

How much you think all that is worth? How much do you think could I build an equal/better system for?

Yes. Its fully functional. I'm not sure what brand it is. The guy thats tying to sell it to me let me bring it home and try it out. It is a new computer though.
