Clarify that for us, The_Can_Opener.... if you get Ram the runs at two different speed it will default itself to the lowest speed for both memory modules. If you want dual channel make sure they are EXACTLY the same in all aspects.
its not a RAM problem. My computer runs absolutely fine, perfect in fact... once it turns on. Thats the tricky part. If it looses a power source, theres no telling when or if it's going to turn back on. But unless the RAM is somehow causeing that problem, its not the RAM.
