Default Computer won't start!

Alright, so my brother just took a DVD Drive out from one of our computers (Let's call it #2) and put it in our other computer (#1). All of a sudden, #1 won't even turn on anymore. He's already put the old Drive back in, and we've checked the power connection, but neither seem to be the problem. What's this mean? Is the Power Supply completely done for?

Any help is very appreciated.

make sure ALL the power is connected, expisally the switch.

Next test the power supply for voltage, if no voltage is found, short out the 2 proper pins (should tell you the pins for your switch in your motherboard book) and test for voltage again
