computer spec info

I have a quick question.

What is the file name or run command to access the program that gives you fairly detailed info about your computers specs?

(Start > Run > ___________ ) ?

anybody? if I remember right, the utility had something to do with directX...

or if anybody knows a better way to get computer spec info other than going to to "my computer" > "properties"?
