Default Computer restarting

My computer randomly restarts. I upgraded all drivers. I get this memory when it restarts


Stays around 57-60 C temp.

It's an athlon 2400.

Somethings not right in your hard drive....when was the last time you formatted and cleaned out your system. You have things such as ad-aware or spybot to get rid of spyware and all that good stuff. You must not have any case fans or an aftermarket heatsink and fan because 57-60C is pretty high by most standards and my case with stock heatsink and fan with no case fans and just the side panel open my 2400+ just like yours ran at 64C idle...I shiver at thinking what it was probably hitting when I was playing games.

Maybe your comp is just bogged down...about the first thing that comes to mind since it sounds like it's doing a physical memory dump and I'm not even 100% sure what thats all about.
