Clearing CMOS will not help this soul. Improper installation of the OS in question is the likely cause. Learn to install properly and the ills will go away.

have you set the bios back to defaults ? Try unplugging the power supply then unplug the Power sources to the motherboardand CPU fan .Reconnect and try again .

We got it back up!!!

BTW it is Windows XP pro

It was his bios it didnt recognize his hard drives, all I did was took my hard drive and put it into his computer then it booted up. I put his hard drives back in using cable select and valla. His computer works at maximum speed I was even playing some Doom3 on it ...
