Computer Fan troubles

Hello,

Recently, my computer's fan has been staying on for prolonged periods of time. I was wondering what may be the reason for this problem. Some friends of mine have indicated that it could just be accumlation of dust. If this indeed is the case, is recommended to take my computer into a shop? Thanks for the help!

Could be summer heat. Just get a can of air instead of into shop. Or download speedfan, if you don't like the noise.
