It takes my EVGA mobo 20-30 seconds just to run thru it's little self-test before it even gets to a post beep. But once it posts it doesn't take that long to boot, maybe another 30 seconds. I'll be going SSD when I get my retail copy of Win 7 so maybe I'll be booting in under a minute, I'll be more than happy
