Take ram out and clean it and the mobo then replace.

Because people hate searching.

This may not be the problem but charles scott is right in general, you should never fit the heatsink while the mobo is in the case. Because of the gap between the board & case created by the spacers, the amount of pressure required to clip h/s on can cause the board to bend.
