I am having trouble with my label printer. os windows xp. using quicksell 2000 to print labels.
symptoms:
when trying to print label, printer spits out about 10 - 12 blank labels and then the red light comes on.
I can perform a hex dump ( not for sure what this does) but still come up with the same result.
does anyone know how to recalibrate printer (perhaps this may help)
