Default CNR Slot

I,ve never seen a CNR slot before now and I was wondering what it's use is?

CNR stans for Communication Network Riser. Its a legacy motherboard slot that was used mostly for faster tranfer speeds between the mobo and your modem.

They're quite antequated these days, unless you're still on dialup

Its a frigging Laptop, not a Labtop!!!!
