hi i was wondering wut free software there is that can best detect and delete virus, malware, and any mallicious software on my dell inspiron 4000. it have tons of viruses, can i use free software to delete all of them?

Alternatively, AVG Antivirus is also free:

I prefer Avast! than AVG. No specific reason...I just prefer the look.

i have ccleaner and ewido, are any of these programs good?

CCleaner is good, because its a HD and registry cleaner. Ewido is the only anti-malware program, but i've never used it.
