Cleaning circuit boards?

Hey All. The inside of my PC is filthy, (I keep the side panel off)I gave it a nice spray with compressed air but the card are still covered in a think layer of dust. How do you properly clean the circuit boards without damaging them? Guessing rubbing alcohol is ok, but can you just dab a paper towel in the alcohol and clean the stuff up, or do you need something else? Not touching anything until someone tells me how to do it =)

Okay usually you use a small makeup brush or something (with an antistatic wrist thing, since you generate static)

Methyl Hydrate is what you use to clean VERY dirty circuts board's, and is safe with lint free q-tips (Made out of other material's like foam)


Personally I use a 150 PSI air line drained of water, or Methyl Hydrate and Paper towel's and blow off and fibre's (with an 150 psi air line). This is not 100% recomended however.
