go winchester, they run just as well as the newcastle, but run cooler which even if not oc is a good thing. Plus winchester only comes in s939 and then you can get a nice dual channel ram board and SLi... newcastle doesnt support dual channel ram, and there is a definate preformance increase... speaking from experience!
SO overall go for the winchester... its awesome for gaming and it has no trouble with anything else like video rendering, graphics, etc!
