Cisco Router question

I have a friend that needs to get a usage report or bandwidth report. here is the deal: Cisco 1721 series router. The company is experiencing slow network certain times of the day on a frac. T1. Bout half of a T1. At times when running speed tests he is getting 35k or lower...When you call Bellsouth they tell you that it is not them and that is your network. We need to run some type of usage report or bandwidth report to prove that it is or is not us...I hear there is a gui for cisco now but I cannot find it anywhere....Any ideas?

For Starts....post this in the networking forum..they'll help you out better. Every ISP I've ever dealt with always says "Nah, our side is OK must be you" so chances are it IS their side. I know there are some good tools at www.dslreports.com you can try and see if the computers are optimized for the high speed connection. About all I can suggest about that. Good luck
