Choosing a graphics card

I own a Dell PowerEdge 600SC with:

Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.40 GHz
1.12 GB of RAM
ATI RAGE XL PCI graphics card, 8 MB

How can I tell if my computer has PCI-Express slots?

Also, what's the best graphics card for gaming I should get that's under 200 dollars?

I've heard that if I get another ATI graphics card, it will conflict with the integrated graphics card already in the computer. Is this true?

Your best graphics card would be PCI (You obviusly dont have an AGP slot). SOmeone else will have to tll you about that.
