Yes it comes with the drivers cd - it is a pretty nifty tool. It runs in the background.

Because of the graphics it is kinda a resource hog but other than that it will tell you anything you want to know.

I downloaded it and find it somewhat useful for info only. I still prefer to do my changes directly in the bios. Note that when you do change your settings with the program, you still have to reboot for your changes to take effect.
My gaming machine:

P4 2.8 GHz
2 X 512 MHz PC3200 in dual DDR mode
integrated 6.1 MAX audio
Logitech duo MX mouse and KB
