Default centrino and pentium M

hi guys..
i just wanna know wat the difference between centrino and pentium M on the laptop.
wat i want to know is the speed comparison between them???
for centrino, other than wireless and long life battery, do they any other advantages over pentium M???

the "centrino" laptop is just a notebook w/wifi built in, longer battery life and a 'pentium m' processor which (if im not mistaken) currently goes up to 1.7ghz.

This is Linux country. If you listen carefully, you can hear Windows reboot...

The M is more efficient mobile processor that runs just as fast as the P4's at a lesser speed and will get longer battery life.
