Celeron D 2.80 CPU fan error??

Hi,
I am putting together a pc for a customer of mine, and i am getting cpu fan error on startup.
CPU fan speed is running at 1550rpm
CPU temperature ranges from 28-32 celsius.
CPU is Celeron D 2.80 335J
And motherboard Asus P5S800-VM.

I put together 5-6 systems with the same specs never had the problem. I am guessing the speed of the fan should range from 3000-4000. Is it safe just to disable the error on startup, but that should not be fair to the customer, I told the customer about the problem and that I have to keep the computer for one more day. Should I buy an aftermarket fan or use this one?
On Asus there is a new BIOS update changing low RPM speed warning to 1200RPM, but still it is too low for this processor.

Well if the temperature ranges from 28 - 32 degrees celsius, then you should be fine, for those are damn low temperatures for air.

i agree!!! that is a nice low temp. disable the error if it is annoying. but keep an eye on the temps just to be sure that the warning is not warranted. run a burn in test to put some strain and see how it goes.
