hello folks
when i go to my comp. my cd-rom and my cdrw do not show up
when i go to device manager , theres the yellow dot beside each one of them. says can not find harware.
i have made sure they are plugged in tight and have uninstalled them a couple of times.
they are a little old i guess but have not used them much (been in hosp.) they both quit at same time.
well anyway i sure hope some fine fellow out there can help this old man out.
