cd-rw problem

i just purchased a maddog domintator cd-rw. it came with nero. i installed everything and when i tried to burn a blank disc it said it used image recorder. it looked like it was recording but when i tried to play the disc nothing happened. i updated nero but still had the same problem. i then went to device manage and found an exclamation mark on the device. i clicked on it and the message NTKERN.VXD device loaders for this device could not load the device driver. i tried reinstalling it but i just came up with the same message. help!!!!

the driver which you are trying to install is having a conflict with some of the startup scripts so kindly do disable the start up items
but i cannot give you any troubleshooting steps without know which is your operating system
