Well. I have good news, I guess it turns out Nero was making the drive not read the disc because once I uninstalled Nero, the rom started reading blank CD-Rs. Thanks for all of the help.

if it was only the autodetect my last post shouldit had helped
but try this detecting the mb aval in cdrom
but choose the drive where you have the blank cd

like i said if only was the auto detect see my last post
and since this is not a problem with other file types (music , loading programs)
do you try with other batch of blank cds?
i have return lots of them before cuz they where not good ( the 100 blank discs for 10dlls) lol

Good to hear you got it working. Somehow i had a feeling it was the Nero Goblins.

The only \"intuitive\" interface is the nipple. After that, it\'s all learned. ;)
