Question CD R/RW, ASUS or Samsumg?

I need an opinion abt which CD R/RW shd. i get..
ive got a tie between ASUS CRW 5224A and Samsung SW 252B

they are both priced almost the same... Asus promises good performance but samsung has got better buffer (8mb) as opposed to asus' 2mb...

prev experience with any of these drives???

How about a Plextor? I think they are the best. I personally use LG 52X because I cannot afford Plextor and never had any problems with the LG I have.

Lite-On is actually a pretty good quality cd rw.

I've got the Yamaha CRW-F1 and it's top of the line baby!

It has every option you can ask for on a burner and some you wouldn't even think of asking for.

I can burn pictures on the back of my disks. (disk T@2)
I can burn a full disk in under 2 min.
