seems pretty decent. I wouldn't trust the PSU, though. I'd upgrade it to an Antec or Enermax. And you shouldn't need 420watts (thought I'd tell you that to save money). 350 is plenty for me.

I have a SB Live 5.1, and I can't complain about it. I'm upgrading to an Audigy 2 Pro, but the Live isn't a bad card at all.
