It reduces noise, electronic noise that is. See all those capacitors?

doesn't just about every motherboard and card have capacitors to do that?

No, those caps only reduced CPU line noise. And since GPUs can eat up alot of power one moment and stop the next, it can offset other devices.

meh.. still a retarded idea to me... i can't hear my graphics card over my case fans anyway

and when i'm playing games.. my speakers overpower all of that as well...

this product = epic fail
