Default CApture card not being detected

I purchased a Kworld video capture card with the philips saa7131 chipset (link http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...100-129&DEPA=0).
Whenever I try to install it, the main driver installs, but an "unknown" device located on the card fails to install, so I have an unknown device shown in hardware manager. Does anybody have any clue how to fix this?

install the latest South Bridge drivers. this will increase support for PCI devices.
