my friend cannot use the internet. He has dial-up, and can use AIM, but he says he "i can't use the interenet or check mails in outlook" and that he "think it's a firewall problem" or possible antivirus. He even tried uninstalling them, and it still didn't work. Any help appreciated. He is running an Athlon 2200+ I think.
