cant start computer

as my tittle, my friend's computer cant start. when i switch on the computer...ntg show out..is that anything thing burned inside? What is the problem? TQ for all of urs help.

Okay well we will need a bit more information. Like what was he doing last? What was the last time he made changes to it. Does anything happen when the power button is pressed? Do you hear fans at all?

Saying it wont start is not going to get you any good help. As there can be 4 million and 2 things wrong with it with just those symptoms.
