cant get past ntldr is missing

I was installing a fresh os install of 2000pro when it crashed half way through. I rebooted got past the DMI pool and get a ntldr is missing. I have tried to go into bios and boot from cd but keep getting same ntldr message. I dont have a Boot disk, and I cant figure out how to reformatt my hd without getting into dos...............

If you have access to another computer this site may help:-

Just download the boot disk you need, then format a floppy disk then transfer the download to the floppy.
