Wow. I guess those zalmans were really the envy of the air cooled world.......Doesn't suprise me that someone else has used the design, its quite efficient and for awhile was THE suggested cooling here at tech-forums.

Edit:Just seen DJ's post. Which model has been out longer? I am guessing Zalman's........

But its not the exact same shape/design as Zalmans, therefore they can do nothing. Like how cars have the same general look, but car companys dont go arround sueing each other cuz one company makes a car with 4 doors and 2 headlights and 2 tail lightes and all the other companys have the same thing...
