Default Can someone tell me what port this is?

Can someone tell me what is in the green circle? There is this one and another one on the bottom of the MOBO that is black. Are they fan ports or something else? Sorry about the Pic quality I took it will my VERY OLD 1.3 MP camera

what company/model is your dell or computer or is it self built??

See the reason why I thought it might be a fan port is because the ONE place they have for a fan looks the same. It has the same locking tabs as well, and there is one on the bottom of the board under the PCI slots

i see 4 little reflections which to me indicates to me that there is 4 connectors and honestly it looks like a female molex connector
