I'm trying to find a Motherboard that supports both PCI-E X16 and an Intel Pentium 4 3.0 Socket 478 processor. Help is greatly appreciated

If you want a Intel baord with PCI-E your best bet would have to be the new socket 775 motherboards which support it.

It the exact same thing but just it support more things.
