Calling All Experts!!!!!!!

I am trying to fix my computer and I have purchased a new motherboard, processor and computer case. When I turn on the computer everything seems to work. The lights on the motherboard comes on, the processor and AGP fan is operating and the CD-rom is working. For some reason the monitor stays blank and the power botton and HDD light doesn't light up so I think I'm not getting any activity from my hard drive. I put the hard drive and AGP card in another working computer and it worked fine. Here's what I have:

Soyo SY-KT600 Dragon Plus motherboard
Duron 1.6GHz 266 front bus CPU
256mb DDR333 memory
GeForce2 MX400 PCI
250 power supply

I went over the motherboard manual and how to connect everything to it many times. I'm just clueless. I would really appreciate any help.

How many beeps are u getting?
The cable that connects ur monitor and the display card might have got loosened. Remove the connector,clean it and then connect it again.

could be:
the BIOS is not POSTing
the video card is not seated correctly
a bad monitor
a bad video cable
