Get a motherboard that has pci express instead of agp cause its hard to find a good agp card and if you find one the pci express cards are alot cheaper!!!

Look for a motherboard that has a PCI-e slot and not AGP because new cards and old cards are moving to the PCI-e interface and AGP is being phased out hense why its harder to find AGP cards.

I can agree with that one totally, unfortunetly for me, they dont' make sock 478 mobo's w/pci-x16 :-\
which is why i must upgrade to 775...hopefully soon

yes they do cause I have a sock 478 and found a motherboard for $60 that had that sock and pci express and it also holds up to 4gb of ram just like the one that I have right now except that its agp!!!
